Space Coast Plastics, Inc. is a custom plastics extrusion company
that is your complete source for extruded products. We have design
and plastic extrusion capabilities to provide our customers with the
highest level of service. Our production department runs 24 hours
a day to ensure we deliver product on time. We also provide our customers
with a product of the quality they expect and a consistent quality
with each shipment. Our mission, at Space Coast Products, is to provide
our customers with high quality products at a reasonable cost.
We can Design
and manufacture:
We can design from tolerances of: ± .003" and diameters
from: 1/8" to 4" with a wall thickness from: .010"
to heavy wall for "rigid plastic tubes, electronic packaging,
tape cores, medical and filtration components, kite frames, bird
feeders, environmental service products such as sampling devices",
to name a few. We have the capability to design and produce any
product desired and the skills to back it up.

the Materials we use:
Some of the plastic extrusion materials used are; aaroprene, abs,
acetate, butyrate, delrin, kraton, noryl, petg , pvc, polycarbonate,
polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene, polysulfone, propionate,
radel, and ultem, plus more.
